 Connie McCluskey MD Roy MacDoanald, William Strasser worked with Danyael W Banyon to defraud 72 year old man of over $150,000

McCluskey and MacDonald told me they brought Danyael W Banyon to Cincinnati to guard Connie McCluskey while MacDonald went to Mexico to talk to a particular cartel leader regarding money invested in stem cell therapy.

IMPORTANT; what I relate is only what I know from hearing about it directly from Roy MacDonald. If I make any mistakes, I will set them correct upon notification.

Just received a letter from a lawyer threatening me regarding Connie McCluskey MD and Roy MacDonald her husband MacDonald 15 years her junior who relies on her salary of, he told me,of $900,000 a year.

Again if I am in error, please point it out to me so I can rectify. correct that error quickly and efficaciously.

I will describe why I now fear for my life. Roy MacDonald was a member of a special forces group in the Middle East. He was an exfiltrator, so he told me, who eschewed firearms for his hands, feet and knives.

The man Roy and Connie brought down from Virginia, an old friend of Roy's, Danyael W. Banyon, threatened my life after taking over $150,000 from me while I had covid. The copy of that threat is with the police department. He wrote he was going to shoot me in the neck and watch me  gurgle to death in my blood. Nice? eh?

This is Roys' friend from 20 or so years back Roy told me. Danyael W. Banyon,

Notice the extreme wording.  Harassing, Threatening, Intimidating them!!

Just what their friend Danyael W. Banyon was doing to me when I was very sick with Covid basically trapped in the house Banyon was renting...but that's another story.

Now Connie McCluskey and Roy MacDonald is doing that to me.

Forty years of HARD work down the drain because of Connie, Roy and their buddy Banyon.

I reread what I wrote at first posting. I need to adjust that now.

 What I first typed out. " Connie McCluskey MD Roy MacDoanald, William Strasser worked with Danyael W Banyon to defraud a 72 year old man of over $150,000"

 

"worked with"  might be interpreted as " conspired with" 

I did not write "Conspire".

I wrote "worked with" which is an entirely different matter to be explained in defamation court.

An over view of that phrase.

I was in my home I bought in about 1988, running my business a block plus away, since 1981.

Connie McCluskey MD Cincinnati oncologist and Roy MacDonald, about 55 and 43 years of age respectively, had married about 5 years ago and bought the 4 family right to the north of my home.

Roy MacDonald , 42 or so is an expert karate practitioner. He told me he has killed in Iraq or similar prefering hands and knives over firearms.

Please read what the lawyer for McCluskey and MacDonald wrote to me. It's beyond defamatory. Its blatantly UNTRUE.

The bodily harm by my dog is pathetic as the worst my dog has done is lick people JOYFULLY.

He is a 1.4 year old puppy who has a professional trainer who will testify in court as to the improbability of my dog ever being used to threaten anyone with "bodily harm".!

My dog was recommended to me by a psychotherapist to help me deal with my extreme anxiety, which because of Connie McCluskey MD and her 15 year younger husband Roy MacDonald, has skyrocketed when they left me destroyed by their friend Danyael W Banyon, who at some point they KNEW was stealing from me and said not a word of warning.

Go back to the letter Mark J Byrne esq wrote to me threatening me to ignore my first amendment rights.

Lying about me threatening Roy MacDonald and his oncologist wife, 15 years his senior, wife of about 5 years with my puppy whose species specialist trainer says has not one mean bone in his body.

I'm sick of lying sociopaths and lawyers which is why I spent 24 months studying crimninal justice to attain my Masters Degree, at one of the best schools for criminnal justice the U of Cincinnati.0

I am disgusted with Roy MacDonald and Connie Cornelia McCluskey M.D. who I previously believed to be good people until they brought Danyael W. Banyon to Cincinnati, to their apartment building next door to my home, which is near to the huge ...what?....1 million dollar home Roy and Connie live....

I can't write what Banyon said about Roy and Connie. That's hearsay. 

Trusting Roy and Connie McCluskey M.D. was one of the 5 worst mistakes in my life....I so regret it....all I wanted to do was DISCUSS my situation with Connie Cornelia McCLuskey M.D. and they sent Lawyer Mark J. Byrne Esquier after me......Why Roy and Connie?...why can't you just TALK????? You are both intelligent albeit I am now doubting Roy's claim to an IQ of 160....

Connie McCluskey MD and Roy MacDonal, you KNOW I had covid delerium when you suggested your budyy Danyael Banyan take care of me, my home and my business. All of which he destroyed. Leavinf Roy afraid nauseaus. that Connie will divorccve him as she threatened to (Roy told me) if Banyon causes her any more problems....

I have to stop here, feeling too nauseous.

I had Covid 19  around end of January 2021.

Roy MacDonald agreed I should get checked out at the hospital. Danyael W Banyon, Roy's good friend from years back before Roy married Cornelia M McCluskey MD, met the ambulance at the nearby hospital, Good Samaritan where the emergency room determined I had Covid 19.  Danyael Banyan arranged for my drive back to my home. The emergency room had give n me papers saying what I had and a prescription for drugs, antibiotics. At my home I put the papers down. Those papers disappeared from my home. 

Danyael W Banyon insisted I did not have Covid 19. The covid delirium fog was not allowing me to be certain about anything but I knew I had covid 19 diagnosis. I asked Baryon where did my prescription go. He said there was no prescription. Eventually I saw my GP MD who duplicated the antibiotic prescription given to me at the emergency room. I had serious double pneumonia. Banyan was denying me recovery from that potential killer. Roy MacDonald was privy to all of this. Roy MacDonald overlooked his good friend Banyan taking my possessions. MacDonald STORED some of my possessions fo Banyan to pick up later.
